The recent pandemic has affected so many people, some have suffered a tragic loss while others have been heroes working so hard in our NHS and other key jobs. It is so difficult to put into perspective what so many have been through. Whatever the circumstances we wish to extend our very best wishes, thanks, understanding and hope for a better future. Whether you have been working from home, had your studies interrupted, been working and home schooling or stuck in isolation we are re-opening with an even greater focus on providing you with the best products for your sport and with the best advice. How we all adapt to the new normal is going to take time but one thing that we have noticed is how many of you were so grateful that we could do home delivery. In fact, it has been so successful that for footwear and other significant orders we are carrying on with this service for our local customers. To make the concept of going back into the shops easier we have also been working on creating more space in store, implementing a rigorous cleaning regime and taking as many other steps as we can think of to make the trip to our stores more enjoyable and above all safe.

2. Cleaning regime (Deep cleaning options already arranged if required).
3. Shoe fitting area.
4. Home delivery.
5. More space in store.
6. Extra staff to help direct the most efficient customer journey.
7. Restrictions on touching certain products, all hand weights remain in their sealed boxes etc..
8. Cleaning station for customers including back up supplies of sanitizer.
9. Extra training, support and PPE for staff safety.
10. Traffic barriers installed.
We have all learnt a great deal over the past few months and perhaps we are about to enter a new time in our lives where local, loyal and ethical has a greater emphasis for us all. While we have recently received our verification as being carbon neutral, we will continue to work on becoming even more environmentally and socially conscious, making sure that we add to society and support our customers and your concerns as much as we can. Together we start a new beginning, we have pressed re-set and are ready to adopt, adapt and improve. We wish you, your family, friends and colleagues the very best of health and happiness.
