In-store pickup:
If you have chosen in-store pickup, the item will be normally be available right away, but some items may require 1-2 Working before collection. Our store staff will notify you via email or telephone as to when the item is ready for collection. Simply bring in your copy of your order and some form of ID and we will pass over your order.

How do I pack my return?
All items must be in an un-used condition. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is re-usable. Please include your Return form in the package. Footwear must be in the original shoe-box and clothing must be returned with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.

What do I do if I lost my return form?
If you do not have your return form, check your Shipping Packet or your email for your Order Number. Write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return. If you would like some more help on this, email us simplysportsltd@gmail.com

What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?
We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you. In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect, please get in touch via email with our sales team at: simplysportsltd@gmail.com.

What happens if the item is faulty?

How long do I have to return an item?
If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 14 days to return it to us. You can choose to post it back or drop it into one of our stores.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back but they can take up to 7 working days for refunds to show up on your account.

We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.

Our returns T&C's
Here's some of the minor details of Simply Sports Returns Policy.

Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe-box must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, body-suits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact, if this is removed we will not refund you for this item.

Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We can't refund if you made a mistake.

Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back onto a Gift Card.

The Simply Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
